Mediterranean menu and talented Italian chef

Our dishes are made from fresh ingredients with the perfect balance of seasoning and full of flavour. The pasta is freshly made every day with biological eggs, flour, fresh water and lots of love. The fish is freshly caught in the waters surrounding Ibiza. When in season. our fruits, vegetables and fresh herbs come from our own organic gardens or locally bought.

Mauro de Mauro is the Chef for Elements Ibiza. He creates delicious dishes for us with a combination of flavours “from farm to fork”.
